I was hoping for something that made my hair feel more moisturized and soft, didn't get out he tangles like I expected but it did pretty good will definitely buy again.

It rinses out VERY clean, but that's ok because if your hair is easily weighed down by conditioners, it won't be by this one. And if you need a little more protein or more moisture, you can add whatever oils or anything you wish. And at $14 a gallon, you can afford to experiment. I've shared samples of this with lots of people and they all love it. I wish shipping wasn't so expensive, but it's heavy stuff so I understand.
