I am thrilled that I was able to obtain this granite mortar and pestle. It is of quality granite, solid weight, and has the ability to grind my herbs quite well. VERY pleased!! It is the smaller of the two being sold (I did purchase the larger one as well) and I find this size works quite well for the smaller batches of herbs I choose to grind into powder.

It is a beautiful addition to my collection of useful kitchen tools

I also had to connect with customer service, and their response was exceptional!! They really do care about their customers!!
